Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Here is exactly how.

Google Play requirement

In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety policy, StillPulse provides this page as an accessible, always-available mechanism for users to request deletion of their account and all associated data.

1. What Gets Deleted

A full deletion request removes:

  • Your Supabase account and authentication record.
  • All cloud-synced session records and session telemetry stored in our database.
  • Your usage ledger entries and entitlement projection.
  • Any email address or account metadata we hold.

The following are not affected by a cloud deletion request:

  • Local SQLite data stored on your Android device — you can remove this by clearing app data in Android Settings or by uninstalling the app.
  • Google Play purchase receipts — these are held by Google, not StillPulse, and are governed by Google's own data policies.

2. How to Delete Your Data

Option A — In-app deletion (recommended)

  • Open StillPulse and go to Settings → Account.
  • Tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm the prompt. Your account and cloud data will be deleted immediately.

Option B — Email request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to privacy@stillpulse.app with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once deletion is complete.

3. Retention After Deletion

Cloud data is fully deleted within 30 days of a confirmed request. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics (if any) may be retained in anonymised form. No data that can identify you personally is retained after deletion.

4. Cancelling a Premium Subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription separately in Google Play before requesting account deletion.
