Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StillPulse mobile application and associated services. By installing or using StillPulse you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

StillPulse is a wellness application providing guided breathing exercises, optional heart-rate biofeedback via Android Health Connect, session tracking, and analytics. It is not a medical device. See our Medical Disclaimer for full detail.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use StillPulse. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Free and Premium Access

• Free — one 5–10 minute breathing session per day, local session storage, no Health Connect integration.
• Premium — unlimited sessions, heart-rate biofeedback, multiple protocols and session lengths, cloud sync, advanced analytics, multi-day programs, and Wind-down mode. Premium is available as a monthly, annual, or lifetime purchase through Google Play.

Purchases are processed and managed by Google Play. RevenueCat verifies your entitlement. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Google Play's policies.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use the app in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access features you have not purchased.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, procedural audio, algorithms, and software in StillPulse are the exclusive property of StillPulse and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

StillPulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that session metrics will be accurate for medical purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StillPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kraków, Poland.
